Our Story
After years of hands-on experience, I, the founder, decided to venture out to address the gaps I observed. This led to specializing in sprinkler systems, recognizing a significant market with substantial growth potential. As a consultant, Egel Prop offers mechanical companies project-based support without the overhead of a full-time employee. From a snagging perspective, we assist developers and builders in identifying overlooked issues, ensuring mechanical companies meet expectations before costly problems arise. Egel Prop serves as a crucial bridge between client expectations, mechanical scope, and seamless building handover from an O&M standpoint.
Our Vision for the Future
Our vision is to expand into a comprehensive property facilities management company, capable of servicing all aspects of a building – from planned servicing to meter readings and billing. We aim to continue raising Irish mechanical building standards and proactively identify problems before they escalate into major costs.
